    I've not spoken to anyone caught, but I know a few sheep who pay up. Good mate of mine was "advised" by his accountant to pay it, so he always has.

    Either way,
    No fines, but with this current contract (now in its 12th year ), all my income comes via PAYE. To be honest I don't mind that. What gets me is having to pay employer's National Insurance when according to them I'm an employee!
