I agree with that. However exceeding speed limit is a good indication of disregard to law from that person. For over a year, they were inactive because the camera model was not type approved. One of the nice things about getting to my position is I feel no need to rush to meetings with clients.
I now look down on the plebs who speed with a mixture of sadness and amusement: they only speed because they are poor.
