is it legal to kill Grey Squirrels ?? we have loads of them near us taking the birds food i'm trying to train the dog to kill them but so far having no look

First lesson, teach your dog how to not fall out of the tree. Don't teach it to climb, they know how to do that. It's the "not falling" bit they haven't quite grasped yet.
