Tay - am not taking sides, as I said don't have time to read through the arguing bit, so don't know what the problem is...
All I wanted to do is to congratulate SA, whatever you think losing 1 stone is a great achievement and she deserves congratulating.
Well done again SA, you are doing your health a wealth of good.
btw: do you remember my other friend who I told you lost 95lbs in 10 months, well 2 days ago she reached the 100 lb loss mark, she reached ONDERLAND (i.e. her weight now is 198 - hundred and something pouns) to her that was a big big milestone, I was so happy for her nearly cried
