There is no doubting that Michelin-starred Juniper is a serious gastronomic restaurant…..its chef, Paul Kitching, is on more than nodding terms with genius” Jay Rayner, The Observer
“Paul is pure talent, driven by a great creative energy; a powerhouse of the North ” Gordon Ramsay
“This is truly wonderful cooking, more exciting, stimulating and pleasurable than almost any other in the country” Matthew Fort, The GuardianThe court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

went there last month.. it was fantastic. 15 courses, all of them with the 3 fork full sized diddy portions, left feeling VERY full. Best by far was the rissotto soup.. highly recommended, very swish but homely.Originally posted by Bagpuss View PostYou could take the metro to Altrincham if swanky dining is your thing

I've heard that Nutters in Rochdale is also very good. Can't imagine going to a swanky restaurant in Rochdale though. The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

It is very nice. It's in Norden, which is just outside between the town and the countryside.Originally posted by Bagpuss View PostI've heard that Nutters in Rochdale is also very good. Can't imagine going to a swanky restaurant in Rochdale though.
