Agency pays late.. do you charge interest?

I've never had an agency pay late. I've had a few pay early, but none pay me late.

The only time I needed to was when I took an agy to court for non payment.

I charge it from day one, and start dunning procedures immediately. But when they cough up, I usually waive the charge.
