    Harlow
    High Wycombe
    Slough
    Ramsgate
    Margate
    Southend
    Southall
    Wembley
    Greenford
    Reading

all are like utopia, once you arrive you never want to leave, why would you?
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

I also suppose the biggest bank in the UK and it's origins in 'the North' also say alot about the north too.

I guarantee you are one of those guys who never travels very far

OK Tazman, maybe I'm a little over sensitive, met may people with prejudices that are shattered whenever they've actually visited a place. I can only assume this "south east is better than everywhere" suits the powers that be, i.e. they know you guys will put up with a lot more

S.E is a pretty crap place to live because cost of living is so high and we have flightpaths covered large swaths of the area.

I worked in Poole once and that was lovely - until Bournemouth and surrounding areas got run down (by immigrants?!).

I've also worked extensively abroad and haven't yet found a place worse than the U.K. I'd love to live away from the U.K. and have a better quality of life, but with so many friends and family here it's really hard to just up and go.

A horrid place in the middle of some beautiful countryside, should be under 'blot on the landscape' in the dictionary.

It wasn't my fault, it was open almost to the waist and she was beautiful...

What if there is no grass on the pitch?
