I couldn’t care less what other people think, I just drew up a list of cars and worked out which one ticked all the boxes in terms of performance, reliability, service costs depreciation etc etc, as much as I loved the interior and build of my old Audi I just couldn't justify the extra running costs for a new one so I went for a Honda instead.

My Mazda just keeps going and going...and it better had! its only worth £400. If you want any resale value if you decide to get rid - get a honda.

If you have to ask then it doesnt matter to you.
Personally it matters to me and i would, for example, prefer a entry level Merc to a top of the range Ford. But i'm shallow.
