And most of the jobs I look at dont have the rates on, or the correct location...and why search by job title?!! Every job I've had over the last 5 years has had a differet job title. Fair enough if you're a PM, but not if you're a Oracle Apps Developer/Oracle Applications Developer/Oracle Consultant/HRMS Consultant/Discoverer Consultant/Payroll Consultant/Oracle MI Consultant etc etc etc

Must be worse if you're looking for SQL: all those results pop up that are not for SQL but for SQL Server. Most pimps probably don't know the difference, so for any that are having this read to them, it's like the difference between a job that requires experience in French, and a job that requires experience in French Cuisine.

With a bit of luck, if everyone starts including selected rates in their searches, agencies will start including rates as standard. Wastes so much time sending in CV and making phone calls and being polite to agents only to find they won't pay the proper cash for the job.
