I think Griffin and his predecessor Tyndall (desceased) have done, said and written enough to show themselves for what they are. I've posted this before and at the risk of boring, I can find them and copy and pate if anyone wants.

I know Griffin is often quoted on his holocaust denial speech. I also know that he has since publically explained that some of that was due to youthful stupidity. He is still a revisionist though.

A Muslim is judged not by faith but by works, in observing the Five Pillars of Islamic practice, as well as avoiding the major and minor sins.

If a Muslim asks for forgiveness it will be given as Allah is merciful. However, Allah will still judge you by your actions and decide your eternal fate.

You should know that I am not. Over half the people I mix with I would say are these people and they are not the lower classes where I would think the majority would like some variation of this. I do not hold it against them, I listen and wonder why? This is the difference I do not need to feel better than anyone else based on phoney beliefs.

Why is this racist, he is entitled to his views however foolish some people think they are? I see no need for discussion apart from why have estimates changed so much, even in the last few years?

This is what he said aged 38/9 in his own defence in court (copy and paste from wiki again - I'm a busy man):

"I am well aware that the orthodox opinion is that six million Jews were gassed and cremated and turned into lampshades. Orthodox opinion also once held that the world is flat ... I have reached the conclusion that the 'extermination' tale is a mixture of Allied wartime propaganda, extremely profitable lie, and latter witch-hysteria."

Hardly a childhood deed and it wasn't a speech that got him into deep water but his writings. And I'm not aware he's repudiated this, and there's plenty of other stuff.
