See Jacques Villeneuve above. All of what you said was true of him too.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.” -
Their cars aren't that much better. Alonso got skinned at the weekend by the Japanese chap simply because he had softer tyres.Comment

The reason was he had damage from coming off, so he'd lost downforce. The McClaren is infinitely better than the Super Aguri, if undamaged. Don't believe the muppets on the ITV coverage (apart from Brundle).Originally posted by XTCTheir cars aren't that much better. The point is hamilton so far is performing as JV did. JV is not considered one of the greats, which shows how important the car is. Don't get me wrong the kid is good, but most top ten drivers would have had similar results.
The best rookie in recent years was Raikonnen, when he came into F1 he had driven in only 23 car races which led schumacher to say he would be dangerous , infact he was brilliant.Last edited by Bagpuss; 14 June 2007, 15:19.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
