It's an incredibly bland looking car of course, but a bit more friendly on the eye than the Fiat Multipla which has the same seating configuration. The Honda is like an expanded hatchback.

That IS interesting. Ever thought of setting up in competition with Top Gear
Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone

Current possibilities are an Audi Q7 or a Seat Allhana (SP?) Anything with climate controll would be good

I see a few people getting off on the why do you need a 4x4 if you don't offroad, please reread original post, I said 4x4 sized

I'll have to have a look at the FRV

It was probably because of the title of your post.

Maybe there is something in that, the kids are so fat and heavy you need 4wd and reinforced suspension to carry 'em.
I remember the good old days of this site when people used to moan about serious contractor related issues like house prices and immigration. How times have changed!?

If you stick two full sized child seats in the average sized car you will find there is no space for anything else, it's actually worse if the kids are smaller because they can't use a booster seat and need a full sized car seat instead.....

No, the car seats that are made to fit the new laws are bleedin huge. You can no longer get 3 people in the back...

Why can't you just bundle 5 kids in the back like in the old days?

Hope the new kid car seats are better designed though - there must be a better way to buckle kids in - something like those roller coaster bars?

as above, with an average estate (pegeot 406) I can get two booster seats(I mean seats as opposed to cushions) and a class 0 rear facing baby seat.
