That's not unusual. Often it is tracked back to alcohol poisoning. In Sweden they let them carry on with the trollies; generally it is the only thing keeping them upright.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

I did hear from someone that flights from India arriving at LHR are fumigated and detoxed after the passengers get off. Something to do with the skin and pores oozing odours from native spicy food.
Probably not just limited to India either, but any country where the locals consume vast amounts of spicy foods, I guess.Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
