Not practical for any woman bearing twins (and not practical for a lot of women not bearing twins). Unfortunatly your legs don't get longer when you become pregnant and reaching the pedals is quite critical to being able to drive

It was more from a safety point of view really. I wouldn't like to hit something with no clearance between me and the steering wheel/airbag.

If her physical condition prevents her from being in proper control of the vehicle, she shouldn't be driving.
