1 - she is welsh, fine her as much as possible please.

2 - being pregnant is not an excuse for sh*t parking.

3 - as per previous comments, if her gut was that close to the wheel she was endangering her unborn welsh freak foetuses and should be banged up and fined.

IMO the children should be taken from her when born and she should be banged up for a very long time.

I would also like to question the manliness of these builders. They shuld have pointed and laughed. Poofs.

If her physical condition prevents her from being in proper control of the vehicle, she shouldn't be driving.

This is so disgusting it beggars belief. Stabbin's too good for them. A proper necklacing would get the message through.

It was more from a safety point of view really. I wouldn't like to hit something with no clearance between me and the steering wheel/airbag.

So when you mention Stalin then be sure you put things into perspective.
I think a 'Stasi' state would be more apt. More in tune in Gordon's control freak tendencies.

Caught this in The Times today

"Secret plans to turn staff into police informersFrancis Elliott, Chief Political Correspondent
Council workers, charity staff and doctors will be required to tip off police about anyone whom they believe could commit a violent crime, under secret Home Office plans"

Ok, try Stalinist in the metaphorical (as if I needed to spell it out in the first place)
