Not Guilty - i had a choice growing up. Either listen to my dad or have a red mark shapped like a slipper on my arse. So when he said never play with matches i listened.

Is Greenwich a "Naval Dockyard"? and is arson in a Naval Dockyard still a hanging offence?
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

The Cutty Sark retained much of its original material. (as at decomissioning).

imagine if they found some grubby little oiks were responsible....and imagine if arson in her majesty's dockyards was still a capital offence...and imagine if the Cutty Sark was classed as being inside a royal dockyard...and imagine the faces of the asbo-accustomed little tykes when they get sentenced to hang.

quite of lot of imagines there I know....

i'm not sure what my point is either...

I really think we should stop imagining, and actually hang whoever done this. It's just the product of a sick mind, and if it's not in the gene pool it can't happen, so we should bring back capital punishment!

                  Keel haul them I say!!

How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

I read somewhere that a lot of the original material had been removed anyway for refurb, so not everything that burned was original.
