Doctor Who Spoiler. Well it beats contracting!!

Captain Jack has the Master within him from the end of the last series(In the film, the Master is sucked into the Tardis) - hence his rather vicious streak.

Mr Saxon is a billionaire running for election. Capt Jack & hand get picked up by Tardis. Dr is DNA replicated and Master moves from Jack to the New 'Tennant Master'. New Tennant master is killed (hence everyone thinking Doctor is killed and moves to Saxon (John Simms).

John Simms is the new master.
