    Were is he based? Speeds like this are common on the continent, especially in Scandanavia, otherwise it could be an LES which are commonly 100 meg.

      My brother-in-law has fibre (nearly) to his door. He gets his phone, broadband and TV through it. And that was 3 years ago.
