A friend spends all his profits on property. He has 8 flats in Sofia. All purchased for less than 10K each. Cheapest one is now worth 80K. <amricanism>go figure</americanism>

Exactly.....I wouldn't touch Bulgaria with a barge pole if the prices have already gone up 800%.

This sounds like someone makes a killing then tells eveyrone in and, cue all the mugs diving into an overvalued market,
