when they ask what rate are you on turn it around.....ask em what their daily or yearly rate is broken down by base salary and OTE, soon shut them up

Have any of you guys tried being polite to agents? Some of them are actually nice people given half a chance.

yeah, some of them dont take a cut either, in fact they take some of their salary to make up the rate if its too low.
