    if you want some sport and want to turn the tables why not ask THEM some questions such as:

    OK how do I know that you are any good? what clients do you deal with? how many contractors have you got out and where have you got them. They love talking so have a game and see if you can get info out of them. Report back here in one week

          when they ask what rate are you on turn it around.....ask em what their daily or yearly rate is broken down by base salary and OTE, soon shut them up
