Bollox you idjiot there can be cases where a member of staff can have issues which they want to remain confidential and as such HR wouldnt disclose that to the line manager, he or she wold be told to leave things alone.Comment

You are SA (assumption based on grammar, spelling, political bias and general fecklessness) and I claim nothing but my superiority.Originally posted by HarryspBollox you idjiot there can be cases where a member of staff can have issues which they want to remain confidential and as such HR wouldnt disclose that to the line manager, he or she wold be told to leave things alone. The squint, the cocked eye and clenched first are the cornerstones of all Merseyside communication from birth to graveComment

If it invites postings from '-ists' so be it. The point is, this is a real issue being faced by a real person who cannot find a solution to suit all involved. Whatever yo think of me or they way I've written the posting, is, to me an inconsequential irrelvance.Originally posted by SallyAnneIt's not real, it's not real, it's not real....
Going off on a PC hot-head reactionary rant, doesn't help. We've seen over-reactions like this before, designed to stifle a debate.
Otherwise, SA, have a nice dayComment

Yeah you're right. The fact that I find you to be a bit of a knob is irrelevant.

Manager is the first and closest person there - a 'discussion' about her seeming a tad stressed lately and is there anything up - you don't have to tell me if it's sensitive/confidential, we have ppl in HR who can offer support etc...
I don't think I'm an idiot, but I may be wrong. Suggest the above to your mate.
Oh, and I'm about the least politically correct (spit) person you're ever likely to communicate with.Comment
