Are you saying then that the majority of the US population who are against the Iraq war , the UK population and the UK millitary hate the Brits and the Americians too - how absurd.Originally posted by DodgyAgentAlf I rather think that you are the one who really wants to live there. that is not what I am saying at all. Although I originally supported the war on the basis that I believed (foolishly) that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and was prepared to use them. I have however changed my mind and found sympathy with people like yourself who did not believe in the Iraq war. I have also come to agree with you and others that this war was as much to do with securing oil as anything else.Originally posted by AlfredJPruffockAre you saying then that the majority of the US population who are against the Iraq war , the UK population and the UK millitary hate the Brits and the Americians too - how absurd.
However you have turned yourself into a fool by criticising evrything that America does or stands for (and the UK) and supporting any activity that is anti west, anti america, anti eu; making up your own conspiracy theories or inventing/spinning facts to whatever ends in order to feed what can only be some sort of cowardly guilt complex that you have.Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyoneComment

Au contraire my esteemed DA - would you deem my insistence on Trade sanctions againat China in order to hasten Tibets liberation from unlawful Chinese occupation to be contrary to the concept of Western Freedom and Democracy - ditto with regeime change for the Saudi Arabia terror sponsoring government - to be anti-Western ?Originally posted by DodgyAgentthat is not what I am saying at all. As for conspiracy theories - the biggest conspiracy theory in modern times was the Iraq WMD fantasy - now I didnt come up with that one.
As for guilt -my concscience is clean and my motto is - and remains

The Americans support the saudi regime and they also buy most of china's manufactured products. You have plenty of your own conspiracy theories alf.Originally posted by AlfredJPruffockAu contraire my esteemed DA - would you deem my insistence on Trade sanctions againat China in order to hasten Tibets liberation from unlawful Chinese occupation to be contrary to the concept of Western Freedom and Democracy - ditto with regeime change for the Saudi Arabia terror sponsoring government - to be anti-Western ?

Oh dear god you just walk straight in to these things without thinking dont you?Originally posted by AlfredJPruffockSounds like you believe your own propaganda MM - if you want to get pedantic then what rights have UK forces in Iraqi waters .
The UK has every right to be there...and being the pedantic ***** I am...because they are there at the invitation of the Iraqi Government. You know...the Government that was elected by its very own people with higher turn outs at the voting booth than ever seen in the UK or America.
Of course, being the pedantic ***** I know you are you will shortly point out that the Iraqi government is a puppet government installed by the imperialists that would fall withing a day of the imperialists pulling out.
Naturally enough I would counter with the fact that if the imperialists did pull out over night then because of numpties like you [more] blood would flow in the streets as there is no nothing to keep the mooooooslums from killing each other.
Of course you know this as a fact because you know EVERY member of the British armed forcesWhatever - the UK miillitary, from the rank and file to the top brass - want out of Iraq
Im picking you dont have the capacity to understand the little concept that Im about to post...but Ill post it anyway.
In Western countries with well established parlimentarian processes the armed forces report to the Governments.
What I suspect you are proposing is that the Armed Forces should control the Government. Now I could just be a little bit pedantic here BUT dont they call set ups like that dictatorships? You can usually tell a dictatorship as the geezer running the show usually dresses in a military uniform...much like numbnuts over in Pakistan.
I couldnt care less and Im waiting for you to go so I can go round and root yo momma!and if you dont like that fact - you could get yourself over there as a volunteer.
Sorry, you will just have to wait for the porn with yo momma!Looking forward to the MM Basra blog,
