Crime is not rising. It's just a change to how it's reported that makes it look like it is out of control. I heard that on the BBC once.

There is practically no crime at all. I heard that once from a Labour MP.

There may well be, but I won't be reading about it every day and getting depressed. Of course, if it happens to me while I'm there then that's a different matter.
