          I'm sorry but what a load of rubbish! I work from recommendations not cold calling you get a response of about 1-3% from cold calling and it is a lot of stress!

          As far as rate are concerned why the hell would any contractor want there agent taking nearly as much as they are! No contractor in the country is going to be happy with that.

              I can just smell the b*****t already. I did not say anything about cold calling did I??? You should be on the telephone networking and developing business whether it is answering all the calls from those thousands of IT managers and heads of PSLs who are begging to be your prefferred customer, or pestering the living daylights out of some loser who has the word "manage" on his CV.
