I'm rude to people who ring me up and ask me to explain my job to them, so they can keep an eye out for me (happens more often than you'd think). It drives me nuts and I more often than not give them loads of abuse then just hang up on them.
I also hang up on agents who's accents I cant understand - sorry but if I cant understand your broken English now, I'll be livid when I haven't been paid and am trying to get an explaination off you!
Apart from that, I'm normally nice as pie - they're just doing a job after all.

All you need to do is maintain a good relationship with a few good agents. It's only the newbies who should/could be having problems.
