    Pronouns for things

It's bad enough assigning chatbots human names, but then referring to one as he or she is ridiculous.

It can only ever be it, a thing.

Assigning a human name doesn't obscure the purpose of these things which is clearly to minimise human interaction with business.

The bank branches have gone, there's no one to speak to. Don't have the App - you've self excluded.

I feel a bit better now.

I can strongly recommend the excellent comedy/drama "Mrs. Davis" - it should be right up your street.

          Glad you feel better.

Only yesterday I was sitting in the park having my morning coffee and listening to various humans speak "baby" to their dogs: "good boy, "good girl" "who's a clever little boy" and so on. Drives me nuts. Especially when said dogs/bitches are really just noisy poop machines - ah, wait, I think I get the comparison now.
