I am beginning to think this cheap online, friendly storage service might not have been a sensible choice. Payment system seems to have broken down. No invoices issued for months. The site where my stuff is [Bexhill] seems to have changed hands and I can't login as the login page has been down for two weeks. Chatting with their online agent suggests 'try a different browser' [page says it's down for maintenance] and the phone line doesn't get picked up......
