Looks hideous. I can think of much more interesting regenerating coastal towns I'd rather live in.

My Folks live there. There's a (wealthy) bloke that has returned to the town and has started buying up tracts of the front. So far he's regenerated the harbour arm and so on. I'm guessing this was the game plan all along. People should check to see what has happened to Poole since they did similar there.
