"I think I am up the creak without a paddle."

If I was in for six weeks, I'd be at the office tomorrow as opposed to posting on a bulletin board bleating on.

Customer wont work directly with contractors.

It seems to me that they would be smarter not to work with agents.

Let's look at a hypothetical situation: if a company that owed me money had been moving stuff out for weeks and then declared themselves insolvent, I am pretty sure I could go after the directors personal money, and I am pretty sure I'd get a lawyer in to do that quicker than it took to scribble this post.

You wanna talk to one of the tame briefs that hangs around here, and be quick about it.

              What Threaded said.

It is illegal for them to trade when knowingly going bust and directors can be held responsible.
If they have been invoicing the client for your time sheets whilst shutting down then I am fairly sure they commiting a criminal offence.

                tell client about it

get off site immediately. that means right now.

have you processed all your invoices? you might be able to process outstanding time through another agency.

Why not try and register a vacancy http://www.cyren.co.uk/markup/vacancy/reg-vacancy.htm

See if you get any response

                    2 month late....

                    Hi all.

I'm a new guy at this forum, a colleague of mine told me about this article about Futuro. Well, they owe me money for Nov and Dec 2006 which were both due 2 month and 1 month respectively. And I've been chasing them constantly but to no avail. No feedback at all. And now i here they're going bust. What am I supposed to do, start thinking about a lawyer?

why did you submit Dec timesheet without being paid for Novembers?
