I think the fact that she won't quit, even though she can quite clearly see that she does nor have the support of her MPs is all we need to know. She won't be good as she won't do what's right for the country, only herself. Even Boris could see this and I rarely praise that buffoon.

I suspect this is part of the pre-defined script to ensure the vote does not go to the party members, who the tory MPs clearly hold in great contempt (perhaps, understandably).

But, anyone who thinks that Boris "withdrew" for any other reason than being told, in simple terms that even he could understand, that he did not have support of 100+ MPs, is extremely naive.
