Even quite a lot cheaper than low priced areas like South Wales, the North East of England or the wilds of Scotland. Checking a couple of NI property portals, I could swap my 3-bed semi in the home counties for a landed country house.

A friend of mine was passed a bucket in a pub and asked to make a contribution to The Corrs.
