I'd put more money on it being Russia than anyone else. They are pumping gas and have nowhere left to store it. Why not turn it into a geopolitical stunt? Putin's media will make sure people think the US did it, but there's no reason to do so. It damages supply to Europe, and will lead to repairs and increased costs in the future. The only ones who benefit from this are those in Russia looking for excuses & support.
