Would you like coke with that?

Wonder who the onion rings were for?

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-59280849

Cocaine with a street value of £33m has been discovered in a lorry load of frozen onion rings bound for the UK.
Border Force officials found the 418kg haul at the Channel Tunnel's UK inbound zone in Coquelles, France, on Thursday evening.

Lorry driver Piotr Perzenowski, 30, from Mazowieckie in Poland, has been charged with smuggling Class A drugs.

He appeared at Folkestone Magistrates' Court on Saturday, and was remanded in custody until 13 December.

My wife loves onion rings though a whole truck...

That driver sounds a bit foreign I thought the alleged blatant racism in the UK (Because France, Greece, Poland and Germany really like foreigners ) had frightened all off the none brits off which is why no one wants to work in Michelin starred restaurants for a fiver an hour???

He probably caught their attention due to his young age and a tip off rather than his nationality.

Remember the average age for an HGV in the UK is 55 so if you much younger than that it looks suspicious.

Perhaps the owner of this Ipswich takeaway has just been released from prison.

A fast-food restaurant has been accused of lacing its fried chicken with small traces of cocaine to make it more appealing.

The takeaway in Ipswich was investigated after a former worker with a grudge tipped off police.

They raided the kitchen and found a quantity of cocaine on a shelf, which was being added to the flour mix before the chicken pieces went in the deep fryer.

Actually according to ONS there are 50,000 drivers in that age group so one in 6 or 7 drivers are in the 26->35 age group. Because of the pay disparity it may be that the younger drivers are from the EU.
