Great column in the Times yesterday about how Lithuania shows how to stand up to China. And China really doesn't like it. Good. Buy Lithuanian!

That was before the world became dangerously dependent on Taiwan for electronics. I expect the US will never let China invade for this reason.

Most of the leading (i.e. bleeding) edge semiconductor processes are located in Taiwan.

Going fabless doesn't look quite such a good idea in the current situation.
