    two properties in the South of England into relation to the leaking of the images of Hancock.

    The team have seized computer equipment and electronic devices.

      They always have.

      It isn't advertised that they and a few other agencies can actually do it.

      When they fine companies it's sometimes after they have grabbed their equipment so stopped the company generating income. This is why the fines are often derisory.

        Loads of agencies have the powers to obtain search warrants, however many also require the presence of a Police Officer to conduct said search.

        The big difference between most agencies and the Police is that a Police Officers has limited powers to search without a warrant and can you use reasonable force to do so.

        That said, some agencies like the Immigration Service or IOPC have a lot of powers to kick down doors
