I've just been in touch with them over the phone, they can't seem to find the case number that I have been using for weeks with the email conversation.
Either their system crashed or they are deliberately trying to do this to people. Anyway it is a mess.Comment

Finally got mine on 6th of June from initially submitting all the information (update of address, no other details required) on 10th of March.
Took a bit of time but finally there.Comment
