Well whatever he's trying to do it ain't working: Tories increase lead over Labour despite Boris Johnson flat row | News | The Times

People don't care about flat decor or the relatively piss pot amount of money, they care about getting the jab to freedom and health.

I think Labour are just wall papering over the cracks. They need to paint a better picture of the life under Labour. Kier Starmer? Sofa so good.

Especially not with Johnson, whose personal cretinism was factored in long ago. No one gives a fook about Sir Keir's "clever" shenanigans because everybody knows that Johnson is a "vacuum of integrity" and the average punter really doesn't care. I feel a Leonard Cohen song coming on...

Or to put it another way. We would rather have the biggest lying, cheating, robbing **** in power, as long as we can get pissed, go on holiday and house prices go up forever.

Lawyers make terrible politicians, they seek out edge cases to offer acceptable compromises rather than truly solve problems. That is why you are going to get bearded men in dresses using the women's toilets next to pre school girls in Scotland.

Boris knows what the masses want so Boris gets elected.

Does anything else really matter? Its not like squeaky clean types are any better (Bliar & Camoron). Boris got Brexit done and is trouncing Europe with the Jab count, that's what the red wailers like. Starmer with his smarmy lawyerish smooze repulses them.

It's cheap and not especially effective. I would prefer it if Sir Starmer, the humble child of a tool maker done good, would actually do something useful from his position as the official opposition. I'm being forced to vote for the crappy edge parties as a protest because the Tories are running amok and Labour are looking at wallpaper.

Agree completely I had great hopes for Kier Starmer finally a credible opposition. He might have forced the government to behave and then win to fix the NHS, crime and employment unfortunately he is hopeless.
