Spinach and other dark greens are good for keeping one's iron up.

It's the B12 she may end up lacking in over time if not careful. I can't remember what the non animal source for that is.

Several female vloggers I watched a few years back were vegan or turned vegan.

Anyway within 6-12 months all of them had signs and symptoms of iron deficiency. The main issue they all had were they were all were sporty including amateur sportswomen and were working out their own vegan diets.

They started eating meat again before they got to be B12 deficient.....

I could have stretched myself to become a vegeterian as long as fish, beef, chicken (eggs obviously), pork and turkey were still allowed.

Other than that - fook that tulip, veganism specifically is just not healthy.
