After Tueday morning, I don't care what the doctor says. I've stayed off all of it for nearly two weeks. He can tell me I'm going to die, I don't care I'm 'aving a beer and a ruby.

I've got fat and old! I'm worn out.

Doc is having a go at me for having very high blood pressure that puts me at risk of stroke or heart attack. He says I’ve got cut down/out drinking and eating proper food. I won’t take the drugs he suggests (I hate taking pills). So he says that I should change my diet and life-style. Bit too busy to get into the regular exercise just yet but that will have to start soon.

I’ve got to do something serious because I plan to move over to the US and I have no plans of being sick over there!

But the waiver asks if you have even been arrested for drugs use or even suspicion of (because in the US you are guilty until innocent, like we all will be here soon)
