            The term that the Yanks use is moral turpitude for which there is a definition here:

            http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moral_turpitude

            Not sure if that's the right definition, because it seems to exclude drugs use (as they are only 'wrong' because nanny says so).

                  But the waiver asks if you have even been arrested for drugs use or even suspicion of (because in the US you are guilty until innocent, like we all will be here soon)
