One would have thought preliminary exchange of data would be ongoing without waiting until things get certain, perhaps if they did share info in full then some other countries would have confirmed new mutations' faster spreading feature, I guess that's the motive why not to share.

Based in the anecdotal evidence of Mrs CFL, they are seeing vomiting replace cough as a symptom in ICU with the new strain. Higher level of 12 - 18 year olds.

I have no evidence to back this up, it's just hearsay from several ICU doctors in our social circle.

School Teachers in Kent have also noted the vomiting as an early sign.

The vomiting is an early symptom (potentially), as stated early in this thread it is respiratory distress that mostly gets them into ICU
