In America, if you don't take the Covid-19 vaccine you will be fired

Covid vaccine: Can you be fired if you refuse to take it?

Under the law, an employer can force an employee to get vaccinated, and if they don’t take it, fire them.

I agree that employers should be allowed to fire those who refuse vaccination. The non-vaxed employee is a health risk.
I liken this to TB that was supposed to have been eradicated many years ago. Unfortunately, with a mix of anti-vaxers and the government letting 3rd world emigrants come to the UK without vaccination has released TB back into the UK. TB is highly contagious and means screening the whole workforce if one person is found to have TB. The same goes for Covid-19 which will be hanging around for many years to come.

What amazes me is that core anti-vaxers seem to be all tough guys like ex-squaddies and red-necks that are afraid of a needle.

        No it won't.

Health and Safety legislation is complex enough so they can use against people who are on a site.

In some US states you can get fired for just smoking at home...

Land of the Free indeed. Americans cherish the open economy Fire-at-will employment structures. Only communists like you would try to restrain the liberty of businesses.

Incorrect, the vaccine doesnt stop you contracting it, nor spreading it. It stops the more severe symptoms of COVID from happening.

And this very important information is being hidden from everybody, why??

The media highlights are that this vaccine will kill the virus and stop it in its tracks.
