For those who can't be bothered to look here is the Ministerial code - https://assets.publishing.service.go...ORMATTED-2.pdf
1.2 Ministers should be professional in all their dealings and treat all those withwhom they come into contact with consideration and respect. Working relationships, including with civil servants, ministerial and parliamentary colleagues and parliamentary staff should be proper and appropriate. Harassing, bullying or other inappropriate or discriminating behaviour wherever it takes place is not consistent with the Ministerial Code and will not be tolerated.

I've worked in government departments where other ministers were reportedly not nice people but they didn't bully, scream, swear and shout at civil servants.Originally posted by OwlHoot View PostAbsolutely! Edited to say: One - who reportedly was not nice - actually resigned their ministerial post with a bulltulip reason on why they resigned."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Trouble is they're subjective, assertive women suffer in that what would be 'strong character' in a male is classed as bully in a woman. A lot of men don't like being told what to do by a woman.Originally posted by SueEllen View Post
