These are the instructions that have been passed down (from Handcock?).
None of the vaccines are licensed yet and the quantity that will be available is unknown, but if the teams are ready, the government will claim to have delivered on its promise of having everything in place for Christmas and that the delay is being caused by the scientists.

What was 40 teams to start with has been increased to 3 times that per week being prepared to start.
This may (or may not) be due to MHRA approval coming through without massive corner cutting, so there's more time to prepare since there's nothing to deliver.

The bits that are repeatable... they’ve had to reduce the number of teams due to about half the 1,000 people selected to go on the teams are now being pulled back into ward duties as ICUs are getting a bit busier.
Perfect time to ease restrictions, just as the hospitals are close to full in the Tier 2 areas.
(I don’t need to add allegedly to any of that)…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
