No not the very cheesy but excellent 80s flick but the 'documentary' on the beeb.
Start with the black female criminologist blaming everything on the Brixton riots and we pan away to reality that poor black kids are being targeted to become drug dealers by other older black drug dealers.
The response seems to be targeting a few of the kids with mentors and that works in a way but we have neither the resources or determination to clean up the older scumbags.
all very sad, lets do something real to help these communities
