Did anyone deal with Cititec, I know whatever we say they are still agents, but do they pay on time etc?

I agree you shouldn't go under the circumstances. It isn't abnormal to start without the paperwork, but the agency should at least sound like there's no probs.
This sounds however the client is causing problems, rather than the agency. In that case wait for the Agency go ahead.I'm alright JackComment
