Viewers are left 'horrified' after man who severed three fingers with an electric saw has to spend 21 hours in surgery to reattach them on 24 Hours in A&E

• Steve, 57, from UK, was cutting some wood on chain saw and the wood slipped
• His left hand went under the blade, which then detached three of his fingers
• Viewers were left feeling 'squeamish' following the stomach-churning scenes
