If the dems were campaigning on an anti-interventionist platform as well they'd all think having a more stable and peaceful world was a great idea. Trump doesn't necessarily want to shrink the US military but he does want to get out of the ME, bring troops home and have the strongest military in the world that isn't deployed all over the place in 'forever wars'.

I care about US foreign policy because it's effectively our foreign policy as well.

A good rant every now and again is OK when kept in moderation (IMO), it's not like I'm here every day arguing with the same people about the same old topics over and over again.
