Don't get me started. Went to view a couple of new builds and they were just obscene!

Most ridiculous things I've seen were:
- house with 2 bathrooms, main one plus en-suite. The main bathroom had a bath tub but NO shower head.
- same house, the living room had 2 radiators EXACTLY in the middle of the 2 main walls.
- single garage where the owners could not fit their car (vw polo)

Went to view an end of terrace built in the 1930's and it felt like a castle compared to the new builds. Big rooms, walls made of bricks rather than wood and plasterboard, big garden, reasonably big garage. Came with a problem though, which was the dealbreaker: the mid-terraced house had right of way through the garden. Don't want that in my property.
