Went to the shops earlier. 60 quid fine if you refuse to put one on in the shop from today.
Nobody is bothering. Supermarkets are not caring. The poor fookers have been working the tills for months and can see an empty gesture a mile away.Comment

Don't panic. The effective R from 30th Jun is about 0.63. Switzerland is at 1.57 - and we've only just mandated masks on public transports.
